Like in the form of blogging.

The one that caught my attention the most is "Is it better to be the first or be the best?" this had made me pondering for a while and I think it depends on the market of your particular product. Of course, this would require a new set of research.

Thanks for your post.

Re: The Top 5 Questions - to spark new marketing ideas

Thank you to share with us some ideas on marketing questions. I just realized that I went through that process when planning for my latest book. Your entry inspired my today's column and mentioned your blog site as well. Cheers!

Re: The Top 5 Questions - to spark new marketing ideas

These questions are not as simple as they seem--each one could lead to days of discussion. I like the idea of boiling down the product, etc., to three words. That's a great way to turn a vague idea into a really powerful identity.

Re: The Top 5 Questions - to spark new marketing ideas

–Is it better to be the first or be the best? That is a question that could be applied to more than just marketing! Nice thoughtful post and one that I will be taking notes on..def. worth further contemplation! Good luck with the top 5 group project!

Re: The Top 5 Questions - to spark new marketing ideas

These set of questions are very helpful and can be used in many different marketing aspects. It also resonates with us bloggers. We always try to get the first post out about something new without getting the facts straight.

The good bloggers wait, get the real deal and then write and usually get on the front pages of most social bookmarking sites.

Have a look at my group writing project on my blog, good luck!

Re: The Top 5 Questions - to spark new marketing ideas

Is it better to be the first or be the best?

Personally I think it is better to be best.
